Do you charge a sales tax?
MOMKIND, LLC. operates from Wisconsin and by law is required to charge a 5% sales tax for orders shipped to a Wisconsin address. Customers are responsible for the sales tax or other taxes applicable in their state. Please note that orders to addresses within Fitchburg, WI or Dane County may be subject to additional taxes.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, gift wrapping is only included with our curated gift boxes. You can see examples of our specialty wrapping on each gift box’s product page. We are, however, more than happy to handwrite a short personal message to your gift recipient on a card if you are sending an order directly to someone else. Please include your note to the recipient in the provided text box on the shopping cart page (before you complete checkout).

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa. You can also pay using PayPal.

How can I find the status of my order?
We will send separate emails for your order confirmation and shipping confirmation. You will also receive a shipping status email with a tracking number for your package.

Can I cancel my order?
We process your order shortly after placement so online cancellations are not available. If you’ve made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately at support@shopmomkind.com.

How do I log into my account?
Choose LOGIN from the top left corner to login with your username and password.

What if I forgot my password?
On the LOGIN page, choose the Forgot your password? link. An email will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.


How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order begins its journey to you.

Where do you ship?

Our shipping is currently limited to the United States, but we hope to offer shipping to international addresses, P.O. boxes, and military addresses in the near future. 

What if I want to ship to more than one address?

If you are shipping to more than one mailing address, please place separate orders for each.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (M-F), excluding holidays, and should arrive within 1-10 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method. While we do our best to ensure that our online inventory is up to date, we do occasionally run out of select items, colors, or sizes. If a product you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you by email to provide a new estimated delivery date or to offer a credit back to your card.

*Some of our products ship directly from our suppliers and may require additional time for processing. For these products, please allow 24-48 hours for the notification email of your estimated shipping date.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Express Delivery: If you require expedited delivery, please select the USPS Priority Mail Express service during checkout. The winter holidays are especially busy so to ensure delivery by December 25, please place your gift order by December 20.

What if I input the wrong shipping address?

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. Charges due to an incorrect address or contact information will be the customer’s responsibility. If there is an error in the shipping address you provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update the order.


Do you have a brick and mortar location?
Momkind is an online-only shop for the time being.
