Orders normally ship within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed.
Free Shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more with USPS First Class or Retail Ground (estimated 3-8 business days).
$7 Flat Rate Shipping on U.S. orders under $100 with USPS First Class or Retail Ground (estimated 3-8 business days).
Express Shipping with USPS Priority Mail Express (guaranteed 1-2 business days). Overnight shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and shipping address.
A 5% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within Wisconsin.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for store credit or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 7 days of the date you received the item(s). We cannot accept returns after this period. Please note that all discounted items are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received or they may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
